Our whanaunga Janie Thomas is running yoga classes in Napier.
Whānau can come and sample a class for free then pay the special whānau rate of $10.00 thereafter (half-price!).
Class venue : The Yoga Mat, Tourism House, Dickens St, Napier.
Class timetable:
Wednesdays: 9.30-10.45am post birth yoga,
Thursdays: 7.00-8.00pm Yoga Nidra total mind/body relaxation, bring socks and a blanket
Saturday: 9.30-10.45am, pregnancy yoga, 11.00-12.30pm Hatha Yoga beginners welcome
Please bring a yoga mat to all classes and wear comfortable clothing.

Janie can also visit in the workplace and do a class to accommodate the needs of the group.
Mums can come along to the morning class on Wednesday however its not suitable for children/babies at the crawling stages it can become a hazard.
The focus of the classes will be on an awareness of healthy and safe alignment principles, gently integrating movement with the flow of breath. Janie’s goal is to encourage students to explore their own body strength and confidence in a nurturing learning environment. Janie is a midwife and certified to teach yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga and the Bihar School of Yoga in India.
