KAUA E WHAKAMĀ – Don’t be shy & please reach out
We understand it’s a tense time for most whānau. Covid-19 is nerve-racking, and it’s rapidly impacting the way we socialise, do mahi, travel, and live. We know many whānau are feeling anxious, stressed, worried and scared. If you’re struggling or know someone that is, then please reach out – Kaua e whakamā – Don’t be shy.
Our key messages are still important for us all at Alert Level 4 and 3
- Manaaki Tangata – checking in with our ‘Whānau Pounamu’
- Rāhui – staying home and physical distancing
- Oranga – maintaining your wellbeing physically, emotionally and spiritually.
- Kaua e whakamā – Don’t be shy, if you or somebody you know needs help – please reach out.
He waka eke noa – we’re all in this together. https://covid19.govt.nz/
