- whai, whakatinana, arotake me te whakatika i tētahi rautaki reo Māori

We are looking for a Kaiārahi Reo that will help us achieve our vision of Kia haruru anō te reo, which is for te reo Māori to reverberate again amongst the hapū of Maungaharuru-Tangitū. The Kaiārahi Reo will work with whānau to increase their use of te reo in the home and community and support Maungaharuru-Tangitū to achieve the goals in its language strategy.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent command of te reo Māori
- Extensive experience working with whānau
- Excellent understanding of language revitalisation and language planning strategies for te reo Māori use by whānau and in the home
- Experience and necessary skills to implement, review, track and report against a language strategy
